Help is ALWAYS needed in the form of donations, whether it be food, personal items, or a monetary gift. You CAN make a difference in our community. For every $1 we recieve in donations, Mount Ida can get $6 worth of food from the Regional Food Bank. A simple $5 donation would provide our pantry with $30 worth of food to give to those in need.

A case of 12 jars of baby food is only 24c at the Regional Food Bank. This means your $5 donation would buy about 20 cases, or 240 jars of baby food. This is because many large corporations such as Kraft, Nabisco and General Mills donate their surplus directly to the Regional Food Bank.

IMPORTANT DONATION INFORMATION

Donations of food items and personal products can be dropped off at the pantry on any Saturday morning between 10:00am and 12:00pm. All donations are tax deductible and a receipt will be issued upon request.
